What does Academic Mantra actually do?

Academic Mantra is a digital marketing and content studio based in Chandigarh and Mohali, India. We work across three areas: content writing, AI visibility, and digital marketing. We also own and operate five live web properties, so the methods we sell are the methods we run on our own revenue.

Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AcademicMantra Services Pvt. Ltd. ("AcademicMantra", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of services

AcademicMantra provides academic writing support, editing, proofreading, and research assistance services. All work is delivered as a reference and study aid, produced according to the instructions supplied by the client at the time of order.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are quoted per order based on subject, word count, academic level, and deadline.
Full or partial payment is required before work begins, as agreed at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details.

Revisions & refunds

Free revisions are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the revision request does not change the original instructions. Refund eligibility depends on order status and is assessed case-by-case per our internal refund policy, available on request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent delivered work as your own submission where prohibited by your institution's academic integrity policy, or to submit instructions that infringe on the rights of a third party.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the specific deliverable prepared for your order transfers to you for personal, non-commercial reference use. AcademicMantra retains no claim over your use of the delivered document, but retains rights to its own website content, branding, and materials.

Disclaimer of academic use

All materials provided by AcademicMantra are intended strictly as reference and study aids. We do not encourage or endorse submitting our work as your own for academic credit. You are responsible for using deliverables in accordance with your institution's academic integrity policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademicMantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including academic outcomes, institutional action, or third-party claims resulting from misuse of delivered materials.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our support channels, without prior notice where necessary to protect our platform or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
